   You’ll have a brief phone call with our Clinical Care Team to understand your needs, goals, and insurance coverage.
2. Matching with a Therapist
   We match you with a licensed speech-language pathologist who specializes in your area of concern (e.g., articulation, stuttering, executive functioning, post-stroke recovery, etc.).
3. Comprehensive Evaluation
   Your therapist conducts a virtual evaluation to assess strengths and areas of need. This guides your personalized treatment plan.
4. Ongoing Virtual Sessions
   Therapy sessions take place via secure video conferencing. Most plans involve 2 sessions per week, typically 30 minutes each.
5. Home Practice & Support
   To maximize progress, we encourage practicing skills between sessions. Therapists may share strategies and activities for home use.
6. Progress Monitoring
   We regularly assess progress and adjust the plan of care to ensure the best outcomes. You can also request progress reports at any time.
